INFRA RED SAUNA
Come and have ½ hour in our infra red sauna for extreme relaxation, glowing skin, improved circulation, relaxed muscles and to banish cellulite. Fantastic on its own or before one of our treatments to maximise results.

POWER SHOWER – ½ HOUR SESSION
We recommend that you have one of our heat treatments before a massage for ultra relaxation and to loosen the muscles making your massage that more relaxing.

Using Decleors wonderful aromatherapy oils for complete relaxation and help conditions such as stress, muscular aches and pains, tension and fluid retension – pure unashamed luxery.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
An hour and a half of pure indulgence, using oil especially blended for you.

HOT STONES MASSAGE
Using warm volcanic basalt stones this massage gives an intense feeling of deep relaxation. The warmth from the stones improves circulation, lymphatic drainage and releases tension from the muscles to leave you feeling greatly relaxed and stress free. A truly wonderful treatment!

TRANQUILITY SCALP TREATMENT – ½ HOUR
A special Decleor aromatherapy scalp oil is incorporated into a wonderful acupressure head massage which not only strengthens hair fibres and restores bounce and shine but also induces a deep sense of relaxation and melts away stress.

BODY POLISH
A full body exfoliation using DECLEORS exquisite body scrub to leave your body wonderfully soft and smooth.

BACK CLEANSE – ½ HOUR
For that hard to reach area, this treatment consists of cleanse, tone, peel and mask tailored to your skin type, excellent for oily, blemished skin.

TOP TO TOE – Approximately 4 hours
What better way to endulge yourself than our wonderful top to toe treatment.
Begin by relaxing in our steam shower, follow this with a full body massage using aromatic oils to ease away tension from head to toe. Continue with a Decleor facial prescribed especially for your skin type and finish off with a manicure and pedicure with your choice of nail polish to leave you feeling thoroughly pampered.
